Complaints

At Ideal Credit, we take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them as quickly and fairly as possible.

If you have a reason to complain, please contact our team by calling 01422 350770 or emailing info@idealcredit.uk.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a full response within 4 weeks. If your complaint is more complex and requires additional time, we will keep you updated on our progress. In any case, we will issue a final response within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint.

If you remain unhappy with our final response, or if we have not resolved your complaint within 8 weeks, you can refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
